The only gripe I have is that I thought it was a short sleeve and not the long sleeve. Besides that, it is a sturdy and heavy piece. It is great quality mail, and it looked like the picture. After I bought it, I instantly got a message about sizes to adjust and customize what I needed. At no point was I worried that I wasn’t going to get my package, everything was smooth and customer service was amazing.

The shop reached out quickly about some confusion in my order. It also arrived a week earlier than I expected! I wanted to give the quality 5 stars but one of the rivets holding the leather buckles broke when I first put it on. Thankfully I have the tools to fix and replace the rivet. I’ll probably return to the shop for more armor down the road!
