Keep in mind that I’ve never worn maille before so I have little to compare it to. That being said, the overall quality is great, nice color, and not too cumbersome so long as you have it belted at the waist. It is missing the little part/slit at the bottom from the pictures, which I wanted but I’m indifferent about not having it. I will say a few rings broke, not at the rivets but the rings themselves snapped. There are extras included but it’s worth mentioning. Other than that, mine was custom made so it fits very well. It’s also pre-oiled. Customer service was really good, quick communication for every step of the process and all questions were answered. I’m overall satisfied with the product.
