The product looks nice. The leather is good. However, it was 13 emails with the seller to get the refund. nnLooks like, and seems like, a good product. Customer service needs improvement.

They came immediately. That was good. One thing though they are not adjustable. I am working with the seller because they did not fit around my normally sized Sons foot. The toggles need to be adjustable. The owner of the company is very nice though and very willing to help. Maybe we can get him on board with making the toggles adjustable like other boots in this style. They don’t have leather bottoms and that was a little discouraging but all in all I think they’ll hold up for fighting.

Great boot for the price. Fit was accurate, maybe the tiniest bit on the small side. Sole was good and thick, I think they will break in really well. The shipping was a lot faster than I expected too.

These shoes weren’t for me. The leather was a bit different than I expected and they didn’t seem to fit right on my feet. While standing up straight in these boots the material would fold in and buckle under my heel. I was able to work with the seller for a refund. They were very responsive to my inquiries and worked with me until I was satisfied.

I Liked the styling, I liked the natural leather upper, I wanted the soles to be leather, as well & although they were synthetic, that was my only issue. The shoes have a much lower quality and shape than in the photo. They are triangle shaped, and do not wrap around the ankle at all. Additionally, the color does not match what was purchased. I reached out to try and send the shoes back and get a refund, and was met with an argument as to “why”. After about a week of messages, me explaining myself multiple times, and the seller trying to send me another pair of low quality shoes, he finally agreed on a refund and told me to keep these shoes for some reason. I was left very frustrated overall as on his page he says refunds are easy, and this definitely was not.nnThe seller then reached out for me to leave a review, so here it is.

These medieval boots look the part (see photo) and are about as comfortable as one with low arches could expect in medieval footwear. The bone toggles are great and the shoes fit me true to size. My only concern is the string holding the toggles to the boot is under some pretty strong pressure when “buckling” and “unbuckling.” However, if that breaks, it would be easy to fix. Simple is better. Great item. Will recommend. Bryan
