This subarmalis is a welcome addition to my reenacting outfit. It helps padding my Hamata and Segmentata for comfort, and gives a surprising amount of protection against blunt trauma, being fairly dense. The shop is also receptive to customizing the fabric based on your measurements for a more precise fit. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.
