Seller does what they can to keep in touch with you about your order. nPros: Boots look fantastic, they are perfect with toe spacing(it’s hard for me to find a size 11 shoe that my toes don’t slide and crunch into the front of) and I love the versatility of the straps on the side and the fact that I can open the boot all the way (makes for shoe inserts to be much easier) and even adjust so no people, the buckles are not solely cosmetic.nCons: I don’t believe there is an actual sole in the boot so it is highly recommended you get an insert to wear in them. (I have falling arches so I have to have a particular insert) nnAll in all, wonderful boots and I look forward to wearing them
