So I do actual armored combat and this gambeson is better than most of the ones I’ve tried. It fits beautifully; very thick/ provides a lot of padding and protection. It goes past the hips which is essential for me personally, because you can see it beneath the brig and it provides additional hip protection. The color is beautiful and the ties are sturdy. 10/10 would recommend
