For the price of this gambeson, the quality of the product you recieve is unmatched. I requested specific measurements, and an additional pair of short sleeves, and Rama delivered probably the best-fitting article of clothing I own. It’s nice and thick, and incredibly comfortable, the stitching is flawless. Even if it wasn’t Rama would make things right, promptly. BUY A GAMBESON, you wont be disappointed!

Very happy with this purchase! I wanted something very custom with buttons and the removable sleeves (something steel mastery wanted to charge me over $300 for) and this it just what I wanted. I gave them a reference picture for what I wanted, gave them all my measurements and the special things I wanted done and they made it in about 3 days! They sent me pictures before they shipped it too. The process from ordering to putting it on my person took less than a week. I am blown away by their talent and the price. They’re charging 1/3rd the price for the same quality as the big company’s and what takes other companies 2 months to make they can do it in 1 week. Also fits perfect. Thanks so much!

Fits well, and very nicely made. It shipped very fast. I do recommend it . nI take one star off for quality since the leather that straps the buckle on the front together is very thin, which is a shame since the gambason is overall very nice.

The UK EtsyShop’s customer service is simply outstanding. My original order was not exactly as requested, but I didn’t even have time to be disappointed—Rama contacted me shortly after the gambeson arrived to follow up. I described some of the issues with the original order, which Rama pledged to fix, only charging for shipping. We corresponded on Monday and the new gambeson arrived at my residence Friday morning, exactly to my specifications. The gambeson is terrific and fits perfectly — the belt came separately, though. The only suggestion I’d offer to customers interested in ordering this item is to add two inches to your chest measurement (as I did for this new one), since ordering exactly as the tape measure reads could end up being a little snug. Big thanks to Rama for the excellent service and item!

Item is perfect. We got green and the color it showed for the sample is the same one you get. Quality is great very sturdy and holds up under the armor great. If you are in the fence about getting this I would just take the plunge it came in very quick and seller is very responsive.

This is a really nice gambeson – I like that the sleeves are adjustable/removable at the shoulder, and the straps work well.nI’m 6’1″ and about 175lbs, and the medium fits me comfortably.

The shop: Shipped very fast, even when I had it completely custom made. Very professional.nnThe item: Good quality materials and stitching. Size fit perfectly. Looks really cool, especially with a good belt. During fights, the padding is sufficient and I don’t get bruised anymore. nnArm circumference may be a little too snug. If you have muscles, be sure to specify arm measurements and not just length. You can remove the sleeves, very handy. The front fasteners would normally be perfectly fine for most people, but I wear this under chain and scale armor and I had to modify them so they don’t snag.nnAwesome job!
