The product quality is super top notch! I really love the way it turned out. My only reasons for not giving it higher scores is:nn1. The shipping was late, it didn’t ship until the day it was supposed to arrive according to the shipping estimates when I bought it. After talking with Rami, it was made right and I received it expediently and with no damage. nn2. The pictures and descriptions were a bit lacking in the lower half of the gambeson. It shows a belt and doesn’t give the dimensions for the individual pieces. While it’s not the biggest of deal breakers, I would have preferred knowing I would need a belt and the dimensions would have helped picking out one before hand. nnAll in all, I am satisfied with my purchase and happy with the customer service.
